Hello I’m Sarah, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Self-Care Coach on a quest to empower you to manage performance anxiety and stress your way.

I believe in the magic that happens when you realise you don’t have to suffer with stress and anxiety anymore. When you begin to unlock and uncover creative resources using the power of your mind.

I work especially but not exclusively with creatives and solopreneurs, offering a light-hearted discovery based approach to help you understand and face your fears. Whether you don't want to do but kind of have to... or you just want to feel better about it. This includes: Presentations & job interviews Putting your creations out there (writing, film/TV, art, music, stage fright, imposter syndrome, procrastination) Exams (education, driving) Medical (dentist phobias, white coat syndrome, hospital procedures)

Individually or collectively, I give clients the confidence to take care of yourselves, find solutions and make positive changes to your lives moving forward.

I’m a performance anxiety & stress manager too (after all, I’m human.)

Diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) at 17, I was constantly anxious and embarrassed by the condition set off by Performing Arts AVCE stress. I didn't deal with exams and coursework very well either. The intense pressure of having to remember lots of information in order to answer surprise questions. Silent school halls (except for loud ticking clocks) would make my palms sweaty and my head ache.

A specialist recommended more conventional Hypnotherapy (using direct suggestions), which helped me enormously with stomach pain, but I still had low self-esteem and confidence issues all through my teens, and to be honest most of my twenties.

Pitching my work at writing festivals was something I shied away from for a long time. Even sharing words with the rest of my writing group was a heart pounding lifetime of several minutes.

If someone had told me 10 years ago that I'd be giving workshops to 20+ people - I would have smiled nervously while screaming inside 'hell no'.

It was the second round of hypnotherapy in 2019 that changed everything. I met a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist through an essential oils event. I knew I wanted to help people in the same way.

We can’t remove stress and anxiety entirely from our lives. A certain amount is needed. We can drastically improve our relationship with them and even use the nerves to propel us forward. I’ve walked this path and I can show you around.
