Diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) at 17, I was constantly anxious and embarrassed by the condition set off by Performing Arts AVCE stress. A specialist recommended more conventional Hypnotherapy (using direct suggestions), which helped me enormously with stomach pain, but I still had low self-esteem and confidence issues all through my teens, and to be honest most of my twenties. Huge stress and personal upheaval in 2014 caused the anxiety to return. In that dark tunnel, waiting for the light to return, I desperately wanted my life back. I was incredibly lucky to have people show me that I had access to my own torch all along.
When I met a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist through an essential oils event in 2019, I knew I wanted to help people in the same way.
