Hello I’m Sarah, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Self-Care Coach on a quest to improve mental wellbeing for all.

I believe in the magic that happens when you realise you don’t have to suffer with stress and anxiety anymore. When you uncover creative and specific tools to manage symptoms and remove blocks so you can move forward.

I especially, but not exclusively, work with creative types. I understand the need to find balance between artistic expression and self-care, along with the countless deadlines and needs of other people. You can follow the path best for you here, celebrating the unique gifts you bring to the world.

I offer a light-hearted discovery based approach to accessing inner resources for relieving stress and coping significantly better with anxiety. Hypnotherapy, self-care coaching and wellbeing activities to support creatives (individually and collectively.)

Whether this is short term or long term, general/life issues or specific difficulties. I give clients the confidence to take care of yourselves, find solutions and make positive changes to your lives.

I’m a stress & anxiety manager too (after all, I’m human.)

Diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) at 17, I was constantly anxious and embarrassed by the condition set off by Performing Arts AVCE stress. A specialist recommended more conventional Hypnotherapy (using direct suggestions), which helped me enormously with stomach pain, but I still had low self-esteem and confidence issues all through my teens, and to be honest most of my twenties. Huge stress and personal upheaval in 2014 caused the anxiety to return. In that dark tunnel, waiting for the light to return, I desperately wanted my life back. I was incredibly lucky to have people show me that I had access to my own torch all along.

When I met a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist through an essential oils event in 2019, I knew I wanted to help people in the same way.

We can’t remove stress and anxiety entirely from our lives. A certain amount is needed. We can drastically improve our relationship with them. I’ve walked this path and I can show you around.
